The FRC’s PCRU studies the daunting challenge of stabilizing post-conflict societies through reconciliation, reconstruction and development. It provides analysis and policy recommendations by studying various post-conflict societies in the world, and highlights best practices to discourage recurrence of conflict and rebuild sustainable societies. It tackles some of the most critical issues facing today’s policymakers including building robust and resilient environments, shaping effective policing, strengthening border security, reducing recidivism, reforming corporate ethics and accountability and strengthening a fair and effective justice system.
