Terrorism has been an enduring challenge to the international community. FATA Research Centre is a leading organization in research on terrorism, counterterrorism, counterinsurgency, disaster management, and homeland security. With its substantial projects on terrorism, FRC has a remarkable record of research work on individual awareness, crisis management and counterterrorism strategies at home and abroad. FRC also focuses on preparing its database related to terrorist activities and counteracting measures by the state apparatus in order to increase the Center’s capacity to advance policy relevant knowledge in defense and intelligence areas and help prepare future leaders in these fields.
