Parachinar, 15 December 2016: Jamiat Ulma-e-Islam-Fazal (JUI-F) Kurram Agency leadership, on Wednesday, asserted that the tribesman wouldn’t tolerate the slavery anymore. They sought Shariat-e-Muhammadi and a separate province for tribal areas of the country. While addressing a joint press conference at Parachinar, the capital of Kurram Agency, the JUI-F leaders, including Qari Afsar Khan (Ameer JUI-F FATA), Maulana Asmatullah (Ameer JUI-F Kurram Agency), Maulana Abdul Jabbar, Maulana Abdul Hameed and other forerunners from FATA affirmed that FATA people were witnessing the most depreciative circumstances in the 21st century and that different political sections were engaged in the point scoring over the issue of FATA. They asserted that FATA should be granted the status of a separate province with a Governor, Chief Minister and cabinet of its own.
The JUI-F leaders said that JUI-F had a clear stance over the issue of FATA and it wouldn’t step back from that standpoint. They argued that only JUI-f was making sincere efforts to solve the problems of FATA. They further added that JUI-F would organize a final congregation on 18 December over the issue of FATA in Peshawar. They asserted that they wouldn’t tolerate slavery anymore and would turn every leaf to liberate the people of FATA and to ensure Shariat-e-Muhammadi as the governance system for tribal region.
