‘Two AQIS Men’ Among 20 Held in Rangers’ Raids
Karachi: The Pakistan Rangers, Sindh, claimed to have arrested some 20 suspects, including two belonging to Al Qaeda in the Indian Subcontinent (AQIS), in a first such action after the provincial government extended their special policing powers for another 90 days following week-long hiccups and apparent unwillingness. Implementation of FATA Reforms are being Delayed: Mushtaq Ahmad
According to Provincial Chief of Jumait-e-Islami, Mushtaq Ahmad Khan, the reforms package announced for FATA are being delayed to be implemented in one way or the other. He further said that conflict torn people of FATA have fundamental right to eliminate FCR and to merge FATA with KP.
