Dozens of Soldiers in Uruzgan under Taliban Siege for Months
Uruzgan: Dozens of the Afghan National Army personnel have been under siege by the Taliban in parts of Uruzgan province. According to sources, the soldiers are trapped in three army bases in Pul-e-Chatoi area of Dehraud district, in Shaheed Hassas area of Charchino district and in Mehr Abad area of Trinkot – Uruzgan’s capital city. MPs Call For Dismissal of Kunduz Governor

Kabul to Send ‘Clear Message’ to Taliban at Moscow Talks
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kabul is committed to sending a ‘clear message’ to the Taliban during the upcoming conference on Afghanistan in Moscow.
