ISIS Leaders among Eight Killed in Afghan Forces Operations in Nangarhar
Nangarhar: At least eight militants of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria Khurasan (ISIS-K) were killed during the operations of the Afghan security forces in eastern Nangarhar province. MoFA Confirms Appointments of Disgraced Leaders as Envoys

First Batch of Hizb-e-Islami Prisoners to be Freed on Friday
At least 70 Hizb-e-Islami prisoners are expected to be released on Friday, which will probably coincide with the return to Afghanistan of the group’s leader, Gulbuddin Hekmatyar. UNAMA Renews its Call for Warring Parties to Protect Civilians
A new report issued by UN Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) called on all parties to the conflict to take immediate and concrete measures to better protect civilians from harm.
