TTP Leader Killed in South Waziristan Operation
South Waziristan Agency: A close aide of Khan Said, naib emir of the banned Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), and his guard were killed during a search operation conducted by security forces along the border of South Waziristan Agency with Balochistan province. The security forces conducted the search operation in Tor Mazdak area of the agency, close to the Balochistan border, after receiving information about the presence of militant leaders there. FC Rounded Up 245 Afghan National from Chaghi
Quetta: Frontier Corps (FC) arrested 245 Afghan nationals from different parts of Chaghi district during checking. The FC spokesman said that these Afghan nationals were apprehended under foreign act by FC personnel and that arrested men did not show their legal traveling documents during checking. They would be handed over to Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) for further interrogation. The News
