Seven Held in CTD Raid
Lahore: The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) arrested seven members of banned outfit Jamatul Ahrar from Savera Chowk near Lodhi Colony in Multan and recovered a heavy quantity of arms and explosive from them. Two ‘Terrorists’ Hanged

LeJ Wanted Leader Killed
Sukkur: The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) claimed to have killed a commander of the Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, Sindh, for his involvement in the 2014 Karachi airport attack, the Mehran Base attack, the attack on SP Chaudhry Aslam and the murder of Amjad Sabri. Karachi: An intelligence officer of the Karachi police was gunned down in an apparent terrorist attack in Manghopir area.
