Khyber Agency Tribal People Directed to Arrange Security for Mosques
Khyber Agency: The Khyber Agency political administration has directed tribal elders to ensure foolproof security arrangements on self-help basis at mosques for Taraweeh prayers. A jirga was held in this regard in Jamrud which was attended by Assistant Political Agent Zia-ur-Rehman Marwat, Tochi Scouts officials, and tribal elders. During the jirga, the tribal elders were ordered to appoint two persons each for every mosque in the area to act as security guards during Taraweeh prayers. Radio TNN
Five Indian Soldiers Killed in LoC Shelling

Unknown Assailants Shot Dead Man in Jamrud
Khyber Agency: An unknown assailant shot dead a man in Takhta Baig locality Mulano Kalli area in Jamrud tehsil. According to political administration, Ghafaar was going to his home from his guesthouse (hujra) at dawn when unknown armed men opened indiscriminate firing at him. JI Asks CM Khattak to Call APC over Delay in Fata Reforms
Sardar Khan, Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Fata chapter, has demanded of the Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pervez Khattak to immediately call an All Parties Conference (APC) over the delay in Fata reforms process and chalk out future strategy. He alleged that despite of assurance, federal government did not allocated funds for Fata in the NFC Award and allocation of mere Rs 26.5 million in federal budget was an insult of tribal people.
