JI Youth to Protest in Lahore against Delay in FATA Reforms’ Implementation
The Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Youth Wing announced to stage a protest demonstration in Lahore on May 5 against the delay in implementation of FATA reforms. According to Shah Jahan Afridi, JI Youth Wing FATA chapter president, they will gather at Peshawar Press Club on May 4 from where they will leave for Lahore and will stage a huge protest outside the Lahore Press Club to record their protest against the delay in implementation of Fata reforms. People of Godar Area in Kurram Lack Basic Facilities
The people of Godar area of central Kurram Agency lack basic facilities of life, while the government authorities have turned a blind eye towards the situation. Temporarily Displaced Families Returned from Afghanistan (Khost) to Pakistan: FDMA
According FDMA, 253 families, have been returned to Pakistan from Afghanistan. The families were displaced due to operation Zarb-e-Azb in North Waziristan Agency.
