Four Terrorists Hanged in KP Prison
Peshawar: Four men convicted of heinous fences relating to terrorism, including killing civilians, attacking personnel of law enforcement agencies and destroying educational institutions, were executed in a prison in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP). According to the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), all the four belonged to banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan and were tried by military courts that handed down death sentences to them. 261 Students Affiliated to Banned Groups Identified
Lahore: Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) has submitted a call of attention notice to the Punjab Assembly claiming that 261 youths belonging to various banned organisations have been identified in 13 educational institutions in Punjab. In her notice, PTI MPA Saadia Suhail Rana asked whether the youths were brainwashing other students on social media. The banned organisations, she alleged, were also instigating students to initiate clashes among student groups in various institutions. Dawn
Mastung Blast and Gwadar Killings, a Conspiracy: Balochistan CM
Quetta: Balochistan Chief Minister Nawab Sanaullah Zehri has said that those involved in the Mastung suicide bombing and killing of innocent laborers in Gwadar will be brought to justice. Army Public School and College Foundation Laid in Parachinar
The foundation stone of the Army Public School and College has been laid in Parachinar, Kurram Agency. UNCHR Hands over 4,000 Tents, Relief Kits to FDMA
The UN Refugees Agency handed over 4,000 tents, 8,000 plastic sheets and 4,000 core relief item kits to FATA Disaster Management Authority (FDMA) aimed at supporting the government’s efforts to facilitate returns to South Waziristan and North Waziristan Agencies. Fazal Convinces PM on Delaying FATA Reforms
The government has postponed the approval of the FATA Rewaj Bill and 30th Constitutional Amendment for approval of FATA reforms after JUI-F chief’s contact with the Prime M inister.
