Indian Claim of Troops Beheading Rejected
Islamabad: India accused the Pakistan Army of carrying out an ambush across the Line of Control (LoC) in held Kashmir through a `border action team (BAT)` and beheading two Indian soldiers. The allegation was strongly denied by the Pakistan Army, while asserting that being a professional force it did not engage in lowly acts of mutilating corpses of enemy troops. Police Seized Arms near Sheikhupura
Sheikhupura: Motorway police seized an arms cache near Kot Pindi Das. A police team signaled a car to stop at a picket but the driver accelerated the vehicle. During a chase, the car overturned due to speeding and the driver managed to escape. Police recovered one hundred 222-rifles, three repeater guns, three pistols and a large number of cartridges. Dawn
Two Suspected Terrorists Killed
Taxila: Two suspected terrorists were killed in an exchange of fire with law enforcement agencies in Wah Cantt. Rangers were conducting a search operation in connection with the ongoing operation Raddul Fasaad in Pind Mallhi Road area when the suspected terrorists opened fire on them from an under-construction house. Army Launches Offensive against Militants in Central Kurram
Kurram Agency: Security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation in Yakha Dara area of Central Kurram Agency. On the other hand, the militants opened fire on security personnel during an operation and as a result, a soldier Ismail embraced martyrdom while Captain Ghaffar and Naib Khizar sustained injuries. Two Security Personnel Killed in Tirah Attack
Khyber Agency: At least two security personnel were martyred when unidentified gunmen attacked a check post in Maidan area of the remote Tirah valley in Khyber Agency. At the same time, Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa paid a daylong visit to Tirah valley in Khyber Agency and remained with the soldiers posted on the forward posts. Radio TNN

Not to Tolerate further Delay in Fata Reforms Implementation: Shah Jee Gul
According to Alhaj Shah Jee Gul Afridi, Member of National Assembly from Khyber Agency, further delay in Fata reforms implementation would not be tolerated. He further said that the tribal people had been forced to live under the black law of FCR for centuries. He also demanded of the federal government to approve the FATA reforms bill from the parliament as soon as possible and to merge tribal areas with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Radio TNN

Two Hundred Thousand Children will be enrolled in School
According to a director of education, Hashim Khan, 0.2 million children will be enrolled in schools in post-conflict FATA. According to him, 1195 schools have been reconstructed in FATA. He further said that they would provide peace education to conflict inflicted children from FATA.
