SC Judgment Implementation Bench Formed
Islamabad: The Supreme Court announced a three-judge bench to implement its judgment in the Panama Papers case. The bench, which will hold its maiden hearing at 1.30pm today after normal court timings, will consist of the same judges who handed down the majority judgment in the Panama Papers case: Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan, Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed and Justice Ijaz-ul-Ahsan. According to Liaquat Baloch, Jamaat-e-Islami Central General Secretary, federal government fooled people of the tribal belt in the name of Fata reforms. Merging of FATA with KP will not be Accepted: Malik Waris
