Mohmand agency: Militants attack Levies check post in Safi tehsil
Militants attacked a Levies check post situated in Safi tehsil on 20 November. According to reports, a gun-fight broke out in Safi tehsil when militants opened fire on a Levies check post in Safi tehsil, leaving two Levies personnel critically wounded.[1]

Quetta: LeJ and TTP militants arrested
Security forces carried out search operations in Quetta, Kalat, and Pishin districts on 20 November and arrested three alleged militants, supposedly affiliated with banned militant outfits of Lashkar-e-Jhangvi and Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan.[2]

Senate Chairman, Mian Raza Rabbani has said that provinces should be taken into confidence whenever the heads of different states visit the country. He expressed that provinces, being federating units of the country are very important for national solidarity.[3]

Shangla: CM Khyber Pakhtunkhwa admits importance of CPEC for the province
Amir Muqam, Advisor to Prime Minister, welcomed the statement of KP Chief Minister, Pervez Khattak, regarding CPEC and stated that he has admitted the importance of CPEC for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He further said that Ahsan Iqbal has assured the Chief Minister of the existence of the Western Route as a part of the mega project.[5]
