Balochistan`s prosperity is linked with CPEC: minister
KHUZDAR: Balochistan Finance Minister Sardar Aslam Bizenjo while talking to reporters said that the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) project would bring development and prosperity to the province. He said an important route of the CPEC would pass through Khuzdar which would open the door of development for the people of the district because it would create a number of employment opportunities. ISLAMABAD: Mr Asif was addressing his maiden press conference as foreign minister at the conclusion of the envoys` conference at the Foreign Office said the country`s interests would take precedence over other considerations in all external dealings and no one would be allowed to scapegoat Pakistan in future. The diplomats` meeting had been convened to assess the challenges faced by the country in the foreign policy domain and suggest changes for dealing with those challenges. Responsibility for defeating terror not Pakistan`s only: Corbyn
The chief of Britain`s main opposition party, Jeremy Corbyn, has come out in support of Pakistan and urged the world to respect the country. In an interview to BBC Urdu, Mr Corbyn said it was not the responsibility of Pakistan alone to fight terrorism because the world as a whole needed to beat off the `collective challenge`.
