Ambar tribes vow to eliminate militants
GHALANAI: The security forces and local administration have asked the Ambar tehsil tribal elders to fulfil their territorial responsibilities and play role in maintenance of peace in their respective areas. In this connection, a jirga of Ambar tehsil tribes was held in the Lower Mohmand`s Ekkaghund sub-division the other day. Addressing the jirga, assistant political agent, Ekkaghund, Naveed Akbar and tehsildar Faramosh Khan called upon the elders to guard their houses and government properties because there were reports of movement of suspected militants in the area.
