On Wednesday, October 26, 2016, the militants associated with Islamic State of Khorasan (ISK) killed 36 civilians in Ghor Province of Afghanistan. The killing occurred on Tuesday evening in a remote village near Ferozkoh, the provincial capital. According to Mr. Nasir Khazeh, the governor of Ghor Province, the victims were collecting wood for winter when ISK gunmen abducted them.
