BAJAUR AGENCY, Sept 18: FATA tribunal Member Mr. Akbar Khan held a meeting with senior officials of political administration in which he urged that in Bajaur Agency senior officials of political administration should speed up their efforts to ensure speedy and easy justice to the tribesmen of the region.
According to the details: Meeting with senior officials of the political administration was addressed by Mr. Akbar Khan, Senior officials of the administration including assistant political agents of Khar and Nawagi sub division who briefly discuss with Akhbar Khan about the number of cases filed by the tribesmen in their offices over the last several years.
The member of FATA tribunal was also informed about the mechanism and efforts taken by the administration for immediately closing the old cases and provision of speedy and easy justice to the tribesmen. The officials also mentioned their efforts to close cases but the frequent increase in the number of fresh cases are the main cause of delay in the closing of pending cases.
The Officials told “The administration committed to provide speedy and easy justice to tribesmen and for this purpose positive efforts including launching of mobile courts had been started,”
Mr Akbar Khan shows satisfaction over the efforts taken by the administration for closing of pending cases and for providing of speedy and easy justice to the people of agency.
He urged the officials to speed up their efforts to ensure speedy justice by closing pending cases of the area. “Speedy and easy justice are the rights of every citizen of the country and the officials must follow merit and neutrality during hearing of cases,” As the Fata tribunal was taking keen interest in providing of speedy and easy justice to the tribesmen as the establishment of tribunal was a long standing demand of the tribal people.
And also mentioned that “We are trying to make positive changes in the tribal system according to the recent amendment in FCR and all possible means were being used for the welfare of tribesmen,”
