BAJAUR AGENCY Sept 17: Provision of equal civic facilities is the fundamental right of all citizens and the government should immediately extend civil law and fundamental rights to Federally Administered Tribal Areas.

They said that the tribesmen always rendered sacrifices for the country, but the rulers were not ready to provide them equal rights and education and health facilities.
They said that the Frontier Crime Regulation and lack of basic rights were the main hurdles to the development of Fata.
The speakers said that tribesmen could not move forward and progress until justice and fundamental rights were extended to tribal areas.
They rejected the reforms in FATA and said that these reforms were insufficient and the people did not see any positive change in the tribal system.
