Kabul: The Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) terror group has claimed responsibility for the twin blasts in Kabul. The group’s Amaq News Agency claimed that the group was behind the consecutive blasts including a suicide attack against the bus in 16th district of the city.
